Ask PrivySaudi to confirm the conditions that apply to your specific item before ordering, including what happens if an item is incorrect, damaged or unsuitable for return after opening.

Before accepting a delivery

Read our inspection on delivery information and confirm the arrangements for your order. Opening a parcel for inspection does not by itself establish a return or refund entitlement.

If something is wrong

Contact us with your public order number and a description of the concern. Do not send an order access token. Keep the item and its packaging while you ask what information is needed to review the concern.

Explain whether the item differs from the order or appears damaged. Ask for the applicable next steps before sending an item anywhere; the delivery address is not automatically a return address.

Confirm any proposed resolution

Confirm the item, condition, return destination, any applicable costs and proposed resolution with PrivySaudi. This page does not promise a fixed return period, automatic refunds or a particular outcome. Applicable customer rights are not replaced by an inspection or a conversation.

Cash on delivery means payment on receipt. A saved order, a chat message or a delivery notice is not proof that payment has been collected.
