Order privacy

We collect your name, delivery phone, WhatsApp number, city and address to confirm and fulfil your order. Registration and email are not required.

Why we use these details

We use order information to check your delivery details, contact you about the order, arrange fulfilment and handle order concerns. We do not require registration, an email address or marketing consent to place a cash on delivery order.

Who can access an order

Order details are available to authorised store staff for these purposes. This browser uses a private checkout cookie to access your order result. A public order number alone does not grant access to your personal details.

When order notifications are enabled, your order and delivery details are sent to our authorised team through Telegram to help us confirm and fulfil your order.

The WhatsApp confirmation link includes your public order number only. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send the message. Opening the link does not confirm your address or payment.

Cookies and external contact services

Essential browser cookies keep your cart selection, its quantity indicator and access to your order result. They are used for the shopping process. Opening WhatsApp is your choice and takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Retention and requests

We assess how long information is needed for the order, an unresolved concern and applicable recordkeeping requirements. A deletion request may not result in immediate removal of information that is still required for these purposes. Ask us which information can be removed and what needs to be retained.

To request access, a correction or deletion, contact PrivySaudi through the contact page. Start with your public order number and the type of request. We need to verify that a request comes from the customer before disclosing or changing personal information; an order number by itself is not proof of identity.

Order notifications may also need to be reviewed when handling a request. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete the stored order or copies already sent to an authorised team through a separate service.
